Prosjektbeskrivelse
A purpose of the project is to investigate the extent to which the economic and fiscal crisis in Russia is attributable to a failure of the will (implementation) as contended by external observers, and the extent to which the reforms themselves are to be blamed for a failure to ignite the imagination and command acceptability.
