Project description
The project studies the impact of a quota system for greenhouse gases on the exit probability of Norwegian manufacturing firms. The project uses an econometric model which is based on rational expectations and firm heterogeneity. Using micro data collected by Statistics Norway, the econometric model is estimated for the period 1976-95.
This is a joint project with Statistics Norway.
